I have been hooked on Linda Welsh stories,,I love Royal, and all the characters you just get so caught up you don't want it to end. I love that she can see spirits and i just love her dog . It is a fun, light but suspenseful story,, that just gets you and keeps you wanting to know more.. i love that,, i have read most all of them now and can't wait for her to write more books. Try it and you will see how quickly you get hooked on the stories.Product details

This is not usually the type of book I choose to read but it had enough adventure and humor in it that I ended up reading the entire series.
Another good adventure with Rid and Royal, but I must admit it wasn't one of my favorites. I really can't explain why not, since there was still a lot of action, etc... so please read it for yourself, and you be the judge.
I love this series. The characters are interesting and the action keeps you engaged. I have bought all the books in this series so far and look forward to seeing more books from this author. Well written and easy to read.
I really enjoyed the previous books in this series, but this one fell a little short. Through the whole middle of the book it was just kind of slow with nothing happening. There was lots of mundane details about scenery and little to do with the plot. The ending was better, so I will read the next book in the series and just hope it is more like the first.
Tif is right, the English don't speak English as we know it, particularly once you get into colloquial usage. I love how this writer handles character development and brings you right into the experience of the first-time visitor to the Island and how they view americans! Excellent entry into this series, and the kindle edition is a real bargain!
Fifth book in the series. Great to "meet" the same characters. But I found this one dragged. it lacked the free flowing of the previous series. At times it felt like a tourist guide book rather than a mystery. I am sure Americans are not that naive when it comes to British slang and types of foods....then again.... maybe there are!! Anyway still enjoyed the characters and the interactions of Tiff and her " friends".
I think there are 6 books in the "Demon" series. I read the first one, the second one, the third one... before I knew it I had finished the series! I hated for them to end; felt like saying good-bye to good friends. Tiff & Royal... the Barbie & Ken of Demons! All the "Gelfen" sound amazing!
Mel & Jack are a wonderful twist to the books... they are ghosts who live in Tiff's house & she can both see & hear them.
Great plot, story lines well written w/imagination & great vocabulary. I learned many new words... I like that!
Hope Linda Welch writes more Demon stories. I will read everyone!
